Adrian has extensive experience as a Learning Consultant, working with top companies in Mexico and US, such as Banorte (bank in Mexico), Coca-Cola, Cemex and Telcel (mobile network in LATAM). His expertise in creating engaging and effective learning content has been a valuable asset for his clients.

He has also led L&D Teams for companies, such as General Electric and Dyson, where he has built large scale training strategies, certification programs, among other initiatives. His focus on performance metrics and data visualization has been a key for their success.
